•Upon arriving for your pick up order, per CDC request a face mask is required before entering into the pickup location
•Pickup is available for local customers located in the Chicago Area Monday-Friday 12-4. Allowing one business day from the time order is placed to prepare.
•Pickup is FREE! Only you are allowed to come in with face mask for your order. If you are sending another party. Please warn customer service via text before arriving. They are to be wearing a face mask as well
•All orders must be placed via website no exceptions.
•Please pay close attention to the product considering for purchase, as some contains ingredients that can possibly cause allergen reactions.
•Absolutely NO EXCHANGES !
•If for any reason your order was prepared incorrectly and or you are missing an item. Take a picture and contact customer service right away! We will not replace or fix this issues days from you receiving your order.
•If for any reason you have not received your order. Contact Us; However, if the tracking number provided shows a delivered status we are no longer held responsible. Please check with your local post office
You have 24hr to cancel and or reschedule your appointment before you lose your deposit.
•Their is a 5 minutes grace period for all scheduled appointments. If for any reason you are late, you will be charged a $10 late fee. After 10 minutes, it is an automatic no show with no refund!
•All appointments require a $20 deposit to secure your date and time at the time of booking. Any appointments without a deposit will be cancelled after 20 minutes.Deposits are non-refundable and go towards the total amount of the service
