NuLook Skincare – No Refund / No Exchange Policy

At NuLook Skincare, we are committed to providing high-quality, all-natural skincare products and services. Please note that all sales are final.

1. No Refunds or Exchanges

NuLook Skincare does not offer refunds or exchanges for any purchased products.
This applies to all products, including:

  • Opened or used items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Sale or promotional items

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery by text or call to 847‑904‑5305 with photos and your order details.
We will review your case and may provide a replacement at our discretion.

3. Ordering Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing the purchase.
Please ensure that product descriptions, quantities, and other details are correct.

4. Processing & Customer Service

  • Please allow 3–4 business days for order processing. (Business days do not include weekends or holidays.)

  • Processing times may be extended depending on order volume or holidays.

  • Please allow 24 hours for responses to customer service inquiries via text, call, or email.

5. Pickup Orders

  • Pickup is available for local customers in the Chicago area, Tuesday–Saturday, 12–4 PM.

  • Please allow one business day from the time the order is placed for preparation.

  • Pickup is FREE! Only the person placing the order may pick it up unless customer service is notified in advance.

6. Services & Appointments

  • All appointments require a $20 deposit at booking. Appointments without a deposit will be canceled after 20 minutes. Deposits are non-refundable and go toward the total cost of the service.

  • You have 24 hours to cancel or reschedule your appointment without losing your deposit.

  • A 5-minute grace period applies. Arriving after 5 minutes will incur a $10 late fee. After 10 minutes, the appointment is considered a no-show with no refund.

7. Meal Prep Orders

  • All meal prep orders are final and non-exchangeable.

  • If there is any issue with your order, contact us immediately at 847‑904‑5305 for review.
